Our Story

Our most cherished memories are of cooking and sharing delicious food with our family and friends. So, in the unprecedented year that was 2020, we decided to open our kitchen to everyone.

Fish and Dragon Foods symbolizes the union of our families’ Western and Eastern cultures. We aim to make products that can sit at any table and be shared and enjoyed by anyone.

Every jar of Crispy Chilies, Crunchy Bits is made by hand in small batches. You won’t find warehouses full of inventory or products sitting on shelves for weeks on end. Instead, you’ll get fresh jars pridefully prepared and worth every spoonful.
